Our Germantown Impact teams are based in the Central West District of Maryland, in Montgomery County (Clarksburg, Germantown, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Bethesda, Potomac, Silver Spring, Kensington).

Under Impact’s club-based approach to player development, players can move between teams within the club and are not limited to their specific age group so that the player reaches their fullest potential. Our teams are ranked in each age group according to competitive level.

    A spirited team of young players who bring energy, teamwork, and fun to the field! Goal Getters are all about learning the game, supporting each other, and giving their best in every match — with big smiles and even bigger goals!

    Welcome to our Youth Soccer Program for players aged 8 to 15! Our club is dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the field through high-quality coaching, positive reinforcement, and a strong team environment. We focus on building technical skills, game intelligence, physical fitness, and sportsmanship at every age level.

    We compete in local leagues and tournaments, promoting teamwork, discipline, and a growth mindset. Whether your child is new to soccer or looking to advance their game, we offer a pathway for all players to thrive and enjoy their soccer journey.

    We are a passionate and driven girls' soccer team committed not only to excellence on the field but also to making a lasting impact in the world of women's sports. Our mission goes beyond winning games — we are here to break barriers, build confidence, and champion equality in soccer.

    Through hard work, teamwork, and a deep love for the game, we strive to inspire the next generation of female athletes. We believe in creating a supportive environment where every girl has the opportunity to grow, lead, and shine — regardless of background or experience.
